We provide website and competitive analysis reports and related materials. Recommendations are advisory; you are responsible for your own implementation and outcomes.
3. Accounts
An account is not required to purchase an analysis. If you create one, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout and may be subject to applicable taxes.
5. Deliverables
Reports are delivered digitally. If we cannot deliver for any reason, you are eligible for a refund.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
- Minimal data: we collect the domain you submit for analysis. If you place an order, we also collect your email to deliver the report and updates.
- Payments: processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details.
- Operational data: standard server logs and basic event metrics may be retained for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
- Confidentiality: analyses associated with paid orders are private by default and are not published. We only share deliverables with the purchasing customer unless required by law.
- No sale of personal information: we do not sell or rent personal data.
- Privacy requests: contact [email protected] to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
7. Refunds
If you are not satisfied or we cannot analyze the submitted site, contact [email protected] and we will make it right.
8. Acceptable Use

- Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant analysis.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue and jurisdiction shall lie in courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, internet or utility failures, government actions, or other force majeure events.

These terms, together with any order confirmation or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Idealab Inc. regarding the service and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements on the subject matter.
