We are an independent reporting company that provides website and competitive analysis reports and related materials. Reports are informational and based on public signals; you are responsible for your own interpretation and decisions.
3. Accounts
An account is not required to browse public reports. If you create one, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Payments
Custom report orders and checkout are currently unavailable while eBusiness.com is in read-only reporting mode.
5. Deliverables
Reports are published digitally as part of the public reporting archive unless otherwise stated.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
- Minimal data: we collect standard usage data and public report inputs needed to operate the reporting archive.
- Payments: checkout and custom report orders are currently unavailable in read-only reporting mode.
- Operational data: standard server logs and basic event metrics may be retained for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
- Confidentiality: eBusiness.com currently focuses on public reports and is not accepting paid private orders.
- No sale of personal information: we do not sell or rent personal data.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue and jurisdiction shall lie in courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, internet or utility failures, government actions, or other force majeure events.
