Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we don’t store your card details on our servers.
What if my domain redirects?
We automatically resolve to the final URL (after redirects) from a US location before scraping and analysis, so results reflect the destination site.
Refund policy
7‑day money‑back guarantee: if the report isn’t useful, reply to your receipt within 7 days and we’ll refund you — no hassle. If we can’t analyze the site (e.g., login required or blocked), we’ll refund you as well.
How many pages do you analyze?
We focus on high‑impact pages (homepage, key product or service pages, pricing, contact, and any high‑traffic or high‑intent landing pages). We also flag site‑wide issues that affect the whole experience.
Do you support non‑English sites?
We support all major languages; the report will always be in English.
Do you respect robots.txt and noindex?
We only analyze publicly accessible pages and respect common exclusion signals. If a site is blocked from access, we’ll let you know and can refund you.
What data do you store?
We store your URL, analysis output, and contact email, plus payment metadata when applicable. Card details are handled by Stripe.
Can I get an invoice or VAT receipt?
Yes. Stripe emails a receipt automatically after payment. If you need a formal invoice or specific VAT details, contact us and we’ll provide one.
Can you re‑run the analysis after I make changes?
We can schedule a re‑run on request. Depending on scope, additional runs may incur a fee—reach out and we’ll confirm next steps.
